Ecole Supérieure Sainte Félicité was founded in 2005 in response to a number of demands.
The first demand came from parents of a large number of students attending the group of Sainte Félicité high schools who were pretty much impressed by the high level of pedagogical management, the quality of the organization and allocation of all operations and resources related to education in those high schools.
Most parents wanted to see the children carry on their education in the same quality of organizational and pedagogical environment at the tertiary level. They, therefore, sent in a formal request for the establishment of a tertiary education institution.
The second demand derived from the observation that the Sainte Félicité high schools poured on the tertiary education market hundreds of high school Secondary school leaving Certificates holders who struggled to satisfy their need for a university that offered not just the right training (computer science, industrial systems, biomedical maintenance etc.) but also with the highest possible standards.
The challenge has been taken, the Ecole Supérieure Sainte Félicité has matched the reputation of its high schools and features among Benin’s top tertiary education institutions for the pride of students’ parents.
